Just a girl waiting for the end of the next level. 

I'm a twenty something blogger living on the beautiful Oregon coast. By day, you can find me working as a caseworker for individuals with development disabilities but by night, I'm plopped on the couch next to my man as he plays through yet another level of Borderlands. 

Don't get my wrong, I've slashed a few Skag and busted a few Badasses in my day but my heart really lies with being creative and testing out the amazing DIY projects that are popping up all over the Internet. During the hours and hours of countless Madden drafts, I have been fortunate enough to discover new outlets like painting and sewing. Both have which have slowly turned into addictions. 

But besides covering my counters in paint and fabric scraps, you can usually find me with my nose in a book or sniffling from any one of the Harry Potter series. 

(I still don't think that I am emotionally ready to talk about the whole Snape situation.)

Annnnwaaaayyys. . 

More than anything else, I love creating things and spending for those closest to me. I am fortunate enough to have an amazing group of people behind me. My parents and sisters have been behind every step of the way and I have been lucky enough to snag myself a gamer is nice enough to let me beat him at Centipede every few rounds. 

I would be so grateful if you stick around to check out some pretty awesome projects that have gotten me through yet another NCAA dynasty and check out some of my thoughts from the couch. 

Although we are still working out a few kinks, I  also hope you guys stick around long enough to check out some of the man's awesome Let's Play videos. They are coming!
